Tracking Policy

How we measure our website, and the choices you control.

City to City HVAC uses its own first-party visitor analytics to understand which pages help people and to let you finish forms you start. It only runs if you say yes.

Change your mind anytime

Update or withdraw your choice whenever you like.

Section 1What this policy covers

This policy explains the first-party visitor analytics on acrepairdaily.com. It covers what the analytics collect, why, and how you control them. Information you send us on purpose, such as a submitted quote request, is covered by our Privacy Policy.

Section 2What we collect, only with your permission

If you choose Accept, or switch on the matching options in Privacy choices, we collect:

CategoryWhat it includesWhy
Visitor IDA random identifier stored in your browser. It doesn't contain your name or contact details. To recognize return visits
Campaign sourceThe ad or link that brought you here: UTM tags, Google and Meta ad click IDs, the referring website and your first landing page.To learn which campaigns actually help people
Pages & visitsPages you view on our site, your number of visits and your most recent visit. To improve our content and navigation
Phone tapsWhen you tap one of our phone numbers. To measure calls that start on our website
Unfinished formsThe last field you reached. If form recovery is on, also the name, email and ZIP code you typed. So you can finish later, and so we can send up to three reminder emails
Consent recordYour choice, the policy version, the time and your IP address when you accepted. To keep a record of what you agreed to

Section 3What we never collect

Kept out by design

Our analytics are built to skip property details, equipment serial numbers, full street addresses, payment card numbers, and anything you type in a message box you don't send. We don't save phone numbers from forms you leave unfinished, and we don't record your screen or individual keystrokes.

Section 4How we use it

We use this information to see which pages and campaigns are useful, to fix pages where people get stuck, to give our licensed agents background when you've asked us to contact you, and to send form reminders if you turned them on. We don't sell it, and we don't share it with others for their own advertising. We use this information to measure our marketing, improve our website, and let you resume an incomplete quote request from any device.

Section 5Advertising platforms

If you arrived from a Google or Meta ad and later send us a request, we may report that the ad led to an inquiry. That report contains only the ad's click ID and a general label such as "lead." We never send the pages you viewed, health information or plan details to any advertising platform.

Section 6Calls, texts and email

Visiting our site, tapping a phone number, or starting a form doesn't give us permission to call or text you. We call or text only when you give us that permission directly, for example by submitting a form that asks for it during a service quote request. If form recovery is on and you leave a form with your email in it, we may send up to three reminder emails. Every one has a one-click unsubscribe.

Section 7Where it's stored and who can see it

The data is kept on our own analytics server and in our customer management system. Only City to City HVAC staff who need it for their job can access it.

Section 8How long we keep it

We keep website activity for 13 months. We delete unfinished-form details within 30 days unless you go on to submit the form. We keep consent records for five years so we can show what you agreed to.

Section 9Your choices

You can accept, decline or customize when the banner appears. You can change your mind anytime from Privacy choices at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw consent, we stop collecting and delete your website activity history. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, optional settings start switched off.
